Amplify Horse Racing is a 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to ‘amplifying’ Thoroughbred industry education, mentorship and career opportunities for youth and young adults.

The RTIP Bridges Education with Opportunity. Students not only learn the science and business concepts expected from a highly successful collegiate degree but are immersed into the tremendously diverse day-to-day operations of the racing industry through both projects in the classroom and hands-on opportunities in the field.

Godolphin Flying Start is a two year, full time Management and Leadership training programme that specialises in the international Thoroughbred racing and breeding industry.

 The Accreditation Program or ROAP School is the training program for those interested in becoming a steward or judge in either flat, harness or steeplechase disciplines.

As the only undergraduate equine program in the world located in an AACSB accredited college of business, our core business administration classes combine with 27 hours of specialized education, focusing on equine enterprises and event management.
